Police searching for a man missing for almost a month will focus their search on an area of dense woodland after a new confirmed sighting of him.
Tom Robb, whose 75th birthday is on Saturday, has not been seen since August 25 when he set out on a walk from his farm in Carron Valley near Stirling. He was seen by a group of walkers in the Meikle Bin area at around 3.15pm the same day.
Two walkers now say that they saw Mr Robb 30 minutes later on a path leading from Todholes Farm to Meikle Bin.
Inspector Charlie Mitchell, of Central Scotland Police, said: "The area of this confirmed sighting is surrounded by dense woodland. We will be refocusing our efforts on this area.
"Tom may have walked along the B818 which can be a busy road with people visiting the Carron Valley area. I appeal for anyone who may have seen Tom walking in this direction to come forward."
