A man has been charged in connection with a fatal road crash on New Year's Day.
Stefan Sakatiuk, 34, from Fauldhouse, West Lothian, died when the silver Vauxhall Signum he was travelling in left the B7015 Sheephousehill Road and hit a tree on the edge of the village.
A 38-year-old man has been charged and will appear at Livingston Sheriff Court on Monday, Lothian and Borders Police said.
