Four people have been arrested and more than £154,000 of drugs seized in a series of police raids.
Officers working as part of Operation Altogether searched a number of properties in Dumbiedykes, in the south east of Edinburgh, last week.
A 49-year-old man was arrested when 3kg of cocaine and amphetamine worth £154,000 was discovered in a property in Viewcraig Street last Monday. A replica gun was also seized along with £400 in cash, Lothian and Borders Police said.
On the same day officers searched an address in Holyrood Court and found a personal quantity of diazepam. A 28-year-old man was charged with alleged drug offences.
Last Wednesday, a 33-year-old man was found to be in possession of a quantity of cannabis during a stop and search in Viewcraig Gardens, while on the Thursday a personal quantity of cannabis was discovered in a flat in Dumbiedykes Road. A 37-year-old man was charged in connection with the find and both men are due to appear in court later this month.
Detective Inspector Stuart Harkness said: "Our officers carried out a number of searches at properties within the Dumbiedykes area and recovered varying quantities of drugs and cash from inside.
"This should send a clear message that we will not tolerate drug crime in any form and will actively respond to any intelligence we receive from our communities.
"As part of our commitment to community engagement, we spoke with many local residents during this activity and their support for Operation Altogether has been incredibly encouraging.

As part of the operation vehicle checks were also carried out by officers. Two cars that were being driven without licences were seized and three other motorists were charged with other offences including driving without an MOT and driving without road tax.
