An eco-friendly scooter to help patrol the area around the Scottish Parliament has been unveiled by police.
With a top speed of 62mph, and almost silent motor, the electric bike will cover the area around the Parliament in Edinburgh.
Lothian and Borders Police fleet manager Dignan McCulloch said: "If all goes well, and we expect it will, more scooters could be used at the airport and hospitals.
