Be sure to try the starter of courgette Charlotte served with a light sauté of chanterelle mushrooms scented with truffle; and the main course of braised shank of Shieldhill lamb glazed with heather honey and thyme, set on a wild garlic risotto. Finally, leave room for the light chocolate pudding complemented with a banana parfait and white chocolate sauce laced with Baileys liqueur.
